WARRANTY

At Force of Life we stand behind the structural integrity & craftsmanship of all our pieces and offer a 1 Year warranty, starting at the date of purchase.

If for whatever reason your Force of Life piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer stock that product.

Please retain your order confirmation/order number as this is proof of purchase is the warranty.

Eligibility of this warranty is determined upon receipt and inspection of the item. If it is determined that there is a metal or manufacturing defect, we will establish options for repair or replacement. Based on the availability of parts/product;  if an item is beyond servicing we will offer you credit for the value of the item. 

After 1 Year (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure your piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee. You can set this up by emailing us at:

HOW DO I SEND IN MY FORCE OF LIFE PIECE FOR REPAIR?

Send your item to the following address:

Force of Life, Caban, Llanycefn, Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire, SA66 7LL

  1. Send only the item which needs to be repaired along with its corresponding order confirmation email/order number. Do not send the box or additional bands and/or accessories. Please make sure your item is packed carefully so that is protected against possible damage during shipment.
  2. We strongly suggest that you insure your package for the accurate value that it holds through the shipping carrier; Force of Life will not be liable for its loss or damage on the way to our facility.
  3. Include a note in the package with: your full name, contact number, email address, order confirmation email/order number (if applicable), and a description of what needs to be serviced.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and contact you with an estimate if applicable. Upon approval and payment, the repair should generally take 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There is no charge if the issue is covered under warranty. If your issue isn’t covered, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee.  A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
